· A minimum weekly stipend of $197 and a            maximum of $255 (this is in US dollars)

· At least 1 1/2 consecutive days off per week,            at least one weekend off per month, and two            weeks paid vacation

· A private bedroom and meals

· Up to $500 to use towards their J1 visa            educational requirement

· An extra month at the end of my year to            travel or the option to extend contract for up            to one year.
